Food That Lasts The Distance!!!

Have you ever noticed how full and long lasting you feel after eating our fresh pasta? Well it's actually backed up by science, in the sense that it is a low GI food! That means it is taken up in your body slowly unlike like other fast carbohydrates like sugar and white bread, This makes  for a sense of staying full, a longer-lasting experience.

We have some added benefits of semolina flour in the mix of course, and all of what we do makes for a healthy satisfying meal that lasts the distance. And here's an idea: try it for lunch, and see how far you go!
